Maum Meditation Is The Best Thing In My Life!

After meditating, I feel bliss. And I accept what's happening in my life. With acceptance, a life is wonderful. Probably the world has provided me only good things but I couldn't see it. I enjoy to open my heart and just do the things without spending time to plan or worry. And I appreciate for this moment. :)

I found this short experience of Maum Meditation in website forum called "Experience Project"

It's written simple and clear, honest and moving. What's written here is also how I feel after doing Maum Meditation. I'm able to accept and appreciate things. Acceptance and appreciation. These are two things (of infinite other things ;-D)Maum Meditation has taught me. I'm infinitely grateful for that. I do mean it. :-)
